The Villa at The St. James is a stunning 5-bedroom beachfront luxury holiday rental home located on the West Coast of Barbados. This wonderful condominium style unit is located just south of the Sandy Lane Hotel and is the perfect spot for a family getaway or a vacation with friends.

This unit is located on the ground floor of the development and has the added feature of its own private pool. There are 5-ensuite bedrooms all with air conditioning. The 5th bedroom is referred to as the cottage and is detached which makes for its own private getaway. This also allows guest to rent this property as a 4- or 5-bedroom option.

Guests will enjoy the calm blue waters of Paynes Bay right at their doorstep as well as excellent swimming at beaches along the coast all within 5 minutes’ walk. Whether its snorkeling or just laying on the beach and working on your tan, The Villa at The St. James is perfect for you.
