Thank you Ernesta & Geoffrey! We have been coming to Barbados for 18 years with our eldest son 24 and carrying the twins in my womb while in this beautiful country. We have had the most wonderful time with our two boys. Ernesta has looked after us all very well - possibly the best part of this holiday ia a break from the endless cooking & cleaning. Goffrey has been good to us too - what lovely gardens! It has been a blissful stay. Felt very at home here. I wish Ernesta could come back with us!! We love the food. Sorry about the mess our 7-month old made!

Jeffrey has kept the garden lovely for us to enjoy which is always for added bonus. The rest of our family stayed in other villas on Sandy Lane; however, I believe Ernesta did the best food by far!! but do not tell the others.

Barbados is beautiful. Sandy Lane beach is perfect (access to the beach is a huge asset). We couldn’t have had a better start to 2020. Hope to revisit in the near future.

We want to thank Ernesta and Geoffrey for taking care of us while we were in Barbados. We have been to Barbados several times; this trip far out did any of our previous trips. Ernesta’s cooking is second to none we have had in Barbados; the curried chicken is fabulous. Geoffrey maintained the grounds immaculately. The spirit of this house is truly unbelievable. Ernesta’s laugh is infectious. Wow what a trip. We will be returning! Last day we saw the monkeys playing in the back again. Again, Wow!

Had a fantastic stay at the Anchorage villa. Grounds are perfect, pool is lovely and access to town and sandy lane is easy and nearby. The Sandy Lane beach club is private/secluded and beautiful. Ernesta is a warm soul who took care of our every need, including watching over the house and tidying up. Her cooking had all of us wanting to skip restaurants and eat at home; she is a fantastic chef.

Anchorage has given us another fabulous pre-Christmas holiday. We were looked after brilliantly by Ernesta – her breakfasts were esp delicious and the villa was kept immaculately.
